Meditation.Reiki Healing.Yoga.Fitness boot camp.Nutritional Information Continental Breakfast.Walk through the woods.Axe throwing.Walk Back to camp and help each other set tents up Whilst getting to know each other with bonding time.Cold water therapy in tanks.Dinner.Motivational Speakers.Mindset Training.Personal development worksheets such as identifying areas for improvement and goal setting.Tea will be a BBQ.After tea we will settle down by the Camp Fire with some music and relaxing under the starts.

Wake up at 6am.Meditation.Breathe work.Cold water.Breakfast.Walking.Leave for 12:00.
